Ficaghjola

A cove inside the Calanques de Piana, reached through a gap in the red granite, with a five-minute walk down from the car park at the end of a narrow winding road. The alternative is a steep hike of about an hour and a half from Piana, which needs proper footwear. Shade on the shore is limited and the facilities amount to a few huts; the café and toilets are back at the car park, and the snorkelling is best around the rocks at either end.
