Fazzio

One of the most sheltered coves on this stretch of coast, with a sandy bottom and water shallow enough that it stays calm when the open water off Bonifacio is not. Boats run west from Bonifacio past the Phare de la Madonetta; the Fazzio Island and Paragan Beach loop covers the same ground on land in about two and a half hours at a moderate grade, or roughly half that one way if you sail out and walk back.
