Päffgen

One of the few Cologne brauhäuser where the Kölsch is not only tapped fresh but brewed in the same building, which puts Brauerei Päffgen among the seven Kölsch breweries still actually operating. It is also one of the brands Cologne drinkers point out is missing from any bottle-based survey, since it is not sold in bottles. No reservation system, no screens, no second branch.
