Hellers Brauhaus

In the second generation of the Heller family for over 25 years, and the local in the Kwartier Latäng student quarter rather than a stop on the cathedral circuit. The house herbal liqueur, Kallendresser, is made from more than a hundred herbs, and the Wintergarten under its glass roof is planted year round around a small fountain. The Heller brewery itself closed in 2024 and Hellers Kölsch is now brewed at Gaffel; the kitchen opens at 17:00 and the house is shut Sundays and Mondays.
