Navy Pier
Dogs on leash are allowed along the pier, and many of the outdoor patios take them, Harry Caray's Tavern included, with water bowls and treats often on hand. The Seadog cruises leave from here and dogs ride free with a paying human, with tours from about 30 minutes to 75. The site is tagged wheelchair accessible, so the whole stroll is step-free for a buggy or a chair alongside the dog.
