Jackson Bark
Built into a section of seldom-used tennis courts by the 59th Street courts near Lake Shore Drive and the 59th Street Marina, with benches, lights, agility and obstacle equipment, drinking water and six drains. Driving in is not obvious: enter at Science Drive and 58th, turn left onto Columbia Drive, left again at the stone bridge, and park on the south side of the bridge. Large and small dogs have separate space, and the volunteer group that runs it holds only temporary status from the park district, so it depends on members keeping the rules and the supplies up.
