Salon Canning

A wide Palermo salon on Scalabrini Ortiz whose old wooden floor has carried milongas for decades, which is why the room is treated as a landmark rather than a venue. Milonga Parakultural ran here from the 1990s and held its last night in the hall on 30 December 2022 before relocating, a departure widely misreported as the salon's closure; the salon itself did not close. Live orchestras and floor performances remain the format, several nights a week.
