Willem de Zwijgerkerk
C. Kruyswijk's church of 1931 sits on Olympiaweg a short walk from the Olympic Stadium, and at 36 metres its tower is one of the taller Amsterdam School structures in the southern districts. It arrives late in the style's run, when the expressive brickwork was being pulled into tighter, more vertical massing. The building is still in use by the Protestant congregation of Amsterdam-Zuid.
