Katzensee

A small lake on the northern city boundary inside a nature reserve, shallow and compact enough that it warms up well ahead of Lake Zurich. There is no admission charge, and the site still has communal barbecue grills, a kiosk and changing rooms, plus the official nude bathing area for the Zurich region. Parking costs 1 CHF per hour between 09:00 and 21:00, free overnight, with a twelve-hour maximum stay.
