Schafbergbad

A hillside bath in Währing where the approach is the first exercise of the day: the site sits well above the valley floor, and the walk or ride up from the tram is a climb in itself. The waterslide runs 102 metres, the longest of any pool the city operates, and a recent round of works renewed it and added two volleyball courts. The lawn is large enough to absorb a hot Saturday, and the crowd skews towards families.
