Stratta

A confetteria rather than a café, in business under the arcades of Piazza San Carlo since 1836 and an official supplier to the Savoy royal house. The counters run to fruit jellies, crystallised candied flowers, bonbons and small pastries, sold by weight from the original cabinets. It marked its 190th year in 2026.
