Theresienwiese

The Oktoberfest ground enters the bid in two roles: beach volleyball is the sport currently planned for it, and part of the field would carry an "Olympische Wiesn" so the atmosphere of the festival runs during the Games themselves. The Volunteer Center is proposed for the same site. The U4 and U5 platforms beneath it put the ground two levels below the street.
