Rozewied

Noemie Haentjens and Ferdy van Rijswijk cook the Zeeland terroir and the shellfish of the regional waters, filtered through what they picked up travelling. The pair took Michelin's Young Chef Award on the same evening as their first star, the only restaurant in the 2026 Dutch guide to collect both.
