The restaurants that won a new star in the 2026 Michelin Guide Netherlands

Map of 9 locations in Netherlands

Nine kitchens moved up when the 2026 Dutch guide was read out in Maastricht, and almost none of them are in the cities that usually collect these. Two went straight in at two stars, one of them six months after opening its doors, while the seven first stars landed in Drenthe, Zeeland, the Veluwe and a string of Limburg and Brabant villages. Chefs, addresses and the precise award for each, with the cooking described rather than praised.
