Geuzestekerij Hanssens Artisanaal
A blendery, not a brewery: Hanssens buys young lambic from Lindemans, Girardin and Boon, then ages, blends and fruits it on Vroenenbosstraat. The family line reaches back to 1871, when they were making non-lambic beer on the farm. The lineup leans on fruited versions, including a strawberry gueuze, Oudbeitje.
