Brouwerij Kestemont
The Kestemont family bought the old Goossens brewery buildings in Sint-Gertrudis-Pede in 2016, cooled their first lambic in 2019 and were voted into HORAL in January 2024, four years into brewing. The barley and wheat come off their own farm, grown organically, and the Goossens buildings themselves are a protected monument. The bar on site opens Friday and Saturday afternoons.
