Brouwerij Boon
Frank Boon chaired HORAL from 2015 to 2019 and the brewery supplies young lambic to blenders including De Cam and Hanssens. It also bottles the guild's collective Oude Geuze Megablend, a blend drawn from several members' barrels. The Fonteinstraat site traces its line to a Lembeek jenever distillery, and the Boon family still owns the business outright.
