Maximilianpark

The park was laid out in 1984 as a Landesgartenschau on the grounds of the former Zeche Maximilian, and its landmark is the glass elephant, which can be walked up. The Spieleland playground is covered by the entry price; the butterfly house is charged separately. The park stands on node 12 of the radrevier.ruhr cycle network.
