Columbia Branch
A Carnegie building that opened on December 31, 1915, paid for out of a $70,000 donation made in 1911, and it is the age of the structure that puts it on the ballot: the levy's seismic retrofit money is earmarked for Columbia and West Seattle. Tuesday and Wednesday are the noon-to-8 p.m. days; Monday and Thursday open at 10 a.m. and close at 6 p.m.
