Bigaignon

The gallery calls itself a photo-sensitive contemporary art gallery, and the distinction is real: what hangs here tends to interrogate the photographic act, its processes, its supports and its limits rather than depict a subject. Expect light, texture and photographic material handled close to abstraction, minimalism and constructivism, in work by Renato D'Agostin, Catherine Balet and Hideyuki Ishibashi.
