Mercato del Capo
The narrowest of the historic market streets, and the one where the stigghiola grills sit closest to the walking line — lamb intestine on charcoal, salted, cut with scissors into a paper cone. Frying counters run the length of it, which makes the Capo the market to walk if the interest is in what comes off a grill or out of oil rather than what goes home raw.
