Yrjönkatu Swimming Hall

A 1920s classicist building in the centre of the city, opened in 1928, where the full-size pool comes with three different sauna types: electric, wood-heated and steam. The hall is historically and architecturally protected, and the pool was Finland's first of its kind. After an extended closure for works, the City of Helsinki scheduled the reopening for February 2026, so check the current session timetable before travelling.
