Lonna Sauna

Two wood-burning seaside saunas on a small island ten minutes by ferry from Helsinki's Market Square, each holding twelve people. Sessions are mixed, so swimsuits are worn, and the changing rooms are separate for men and women. Cooling off means stepping off the shorefront into the Baltic or sitting on the terrace over the archipelago; the operation runs through the summer months only, and advance booking is recommended.
