Negozio Olivetti
Built in 1957 and 1958 as Olivetti's showroom under the arcade of the Procuratie Vecchie on Piazza San Marco, a narrow ground-floor space Scarpa fitted out as a single designed object rather than a shop interior dropped into a room. The typewriter company has long gone and the premises are now held by the FAI, which keeps it open as a museum piece with a ticket and runs guided visits of the room.
