Carlo Scarpa's buildings in the Veneto

Map of 5 locations in Veneto, Italy

Almost everything Scarpa built stands within an hour or two of Venice, and the Veneto examples cover the whole range of what he did: a cemetery extension in open farmland, a shop under the arcade of Piazza San Marco, two institutions whose ground floors he rebuilt, and a bank that still functions as one. They are gathered here with what is known about when each was finished, who paid for it, and whether a visitor can simply turn up and buy a ticket, which varies more than the guidebooks suggest.
