Szent Lukács Gyógyfürdő

Before anyone bathed here, the hot springs on this ground were put to work driving gunpowder production and grain milling; construction of the bath proper began in 1857, and by 1894 the site had a cure hotel, a mud bath and a people's thermal bath with its medical departments. Császár fürdő stands directly next door, and the operator classes Lukács among the city's monument baths rather than its Turkish ones. The tram stop outside carries the bath's name and has a lift and a wheelchair-accessible toilet.
