Ironmonger Row Baths
The bathhouse opened off Old Street in 1931 and the Turkish baths followed in 1938. Renovations in 2010-12 and again after a fire in 2022 have left the interior unrecognisable from the 1930s original, but the hot-air sequence survives: three hot rooms, saunas, steam rooms and a plunge pool. Admission is paid and was listed from £40 for two hours in November 2024.
