Freiluftkino Friedrichshain

One of the largest open-air screens in Berlin, sunk into the Volkspark with around 1,500 benched places with backrests and a headline capacity nearer 2,000 once the lawn is counted. That lawn is the point of difference: picnic baskets and prams spread out behind the benches, and leashed dogs are allowed in. The 2026 season starts 13 May, the box office queue is long enough to be worth arriving early for, and the snack bar sits right at the entrance.
