Tolhuistuin

The garden and hall behind the old Shell staff building in Noord, a cultural site by day and a concert venue by night, where Paradiso runs its Noord series. It held a 24-hour licence early enough to make Mixmag's list of seven, and was confirmed again in the city's 2023 round. The bar keeps daytime hours of its own, which is the part of the site most visitors meet first.
