The building was Amsterdam's academic centre for dentistry before it became a club, and the 24-hour licence is what lets it run cultural programming through the day and weekend-long parties after it. Multiple rooms are used in different combinations, including the underground smoking room that regulars treat as a party of its own. DJ Bone, Laurent Garnier and Hiroko Yamamura have all played it.
