Opened in 2002 as Reliant Stadium and home to the Houston Texans, with a retractable roof and air conditioning that matter in a Gulf Coast June. The ground had already taken World Cup qualifiers, the 2016 Copa América Centenario, the 2010 MLS All-Star Game and the 2025 Concacaf Gold Cup final before hosting seven matches through to the round of 16.
