Société
The largest-volume Roquefort brand by a wide margin, created in 1863 and owned by Lactalis since the early 1990s. The visit runs through a long stretch of caves and fleurines and ends at the ripening floors, where some 33,000 loaves sit under limestone arches, preceded by a sound and light show about the cheese.
