Koningin Astridpark

Ray sits by the pond here contemplating suicide, and Ken watches him from the ornamental bandstand before joining him, in scenes running from 0:58:07 to about 1:01:08. The two talk on the playground climbing frame, which has since been removed. The park is named for Queen Astrid of Belgium, killed in a car crash in 1935 at the age of 29.
