Gruuthusemuseum

The mansion of one of the richest brewing families of medieval Bruges, now the city's museum of its own history, and the site of the closing scene: Ray, shot on the Rozenhoedkaai, stumbles into a film crew on Gruuthusestraat with the Church of Our Lady tower above him. The square was fenced off for museum restoration for several years, and the roofline is what visitors could photograph over the barriers.
