Ballard Branch
Open seven days, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with the late evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, when it runs to 8 p.m. The Carnegie building Ballard is known for is not this one: that one has housed restaurants and antique stores for decades, and the 1963 replacement became a bookshop. When the Fremont Branch closed on July 31, pending Fremont holds were moved here.
