Löwenbräukeller
The turret on the façade marks the 1883 beer palace at Stiglmaierplatz, one of the great cellar-and-restaurant complexes built when brewers needed vaults deep enough to hold beer through the summer. The garden seats around 2,000 and own food is permitted. Cash, debit and credit are all taken, and there is a step or two to negotiate at the entrance.
