Casa Gilardi

Built between 1975 and 1977, this is among the last houses Barragán completed, and it is still a private residence rather than an institution. The plan was set around an existing jacaranda in the courtyard, and the corridor to the dining room ends in a water room where a pool sits inside the house. The family that commissioned it has kept the colour scheme.
