Moritzbastei

An underground warren that runs a regular disco across three floors on Wednesdays and Saturdays, with smaller events announced on its own site instead of on the door. It also works as a conference and festival room: the sixth Leipziger Popfest and the first Mitteldeutsche Nachtkulturkonferenz both took place here in August 2024. The city has discussed extending its lease by thirty years. Step-free access to the venue, but the toilets are not reachable by wheelchair.
