Alte Potsdamer Straße

The one site in the programme where the buildings are left dark: lit butterflies are flown through the pedestrian lane instead, listed officially as location 39, Alte Potsdamer Straße - Alley. Being a narrow paved street rather than a plaza, it is a walk-through installation, and the light sits at head height instead of six storeys up. It runs off Potsdamer Platz, which makes it the easiest addition to that evening's cluster.
