The kitchen deals almost entirely in fried seafood, and none of it needs ordering: a drink brings boquerones, gambas fritas, calamares, navajas or razor clams, unasked. The escalation is the point — the second round arrives heavier than the first, the third heavier again, so the meal builds by drinking rather than by menu. Fried artichokes, grilled baby squid and fried asparagus turn up in the rotation alongside the fish.
