Noorderparkbad

Covered and open to swimmers the whole year, on the edge of the Noorderpark, with an outdoor pool for the months that justify it. The programme runs from lane swimming and aqua sports through baby, toddler and preschool sessions and lessons. The architecture collected prizes; the tile floor collected a news story, having turned out not to cope with chlorine and water. Run by the city, with wheelchair-accessible toilets and limited access elsewhere.
