Blockfabrik

Reached through a courtyard off Schloßgasse, with a sawtooth roof that pulls daylight down onto the mats and walls up to nine metres. Bouldering only: the hall has no top-rope, sport or speed lines, but there is a separate training area and seating between the mats. Entry is paid and shoe rental costs extra; the panorama bistro serves food and drink, and can be climbed up to rather than walked to.
