Westbahnhof

The station bookends the film: the pair get off the Budapest train on platform 7, and return the next morning to make the promise to meet again in six months. A 2008 rebuild changed the concourse substantially and international services now run from Hauptbahnhof, so little of what is on screen survives. Step-free access to the U3 platforms.
