Schützenhaus

Otto Wagner built this studded-wall pavilion on the Donaukanal as part of the Kaiserbad sluice works, a water regulation facility that never went into operation; it now trades as a restaurant. The poet-for-hire reads to Céline and Jesse on the steps alongside the rear of the building, and those steps have since been fitted with a safety railing.
