Riesenrad

Erected in 1897 to designs by Walter Bassett Basset with Harry Hitchins and Hubert Cecil Booth, the wheel stands 64.8 metres high and carries a fraction of its original cabins after wartime damage. The first kiss happens in one of those cabins as the light goes, a scene the film shares a location with The Third Man and The Living Daylights. One rotation takes about ten minutes.
