Sepulveda Basin Recreation Area

Recreation land inside the San Fernando Valley flood basin, and the only Los Angeles site on the 2028 plan that has never carried an Olympic event before. LA28 has stacked six disciplines onto it: 3x3 basketball and modern pentathlon alongside BMX freestyle, BMX racing, skateboarding park and skateboarding street. Nothing here is a stadium, so the competition surfaces arrive with the Games rather than waiting for them.
