Ochsenbraterei

A rotating spit stands at the entrance and roughly 100 oxen go through the tent across the run, each one recorded by name and weight on a board so guests can see which animal they are eating. Capacity is 5,900 inside and 1,500 in the garden, with Spaten on the taps. Lunchtime is the busy stretch; since 2019 the interior lighting shifts to blue after dark. Reservations have opened around 23 March.
