Käfer Wiesn-Schänke

Built as a Bavarian hunting lodge in miniature, carved wood and floral painting, holding about 3,050 across its warren of rooms rather than one hall. It and the Weinzelt are the two tents licensed past the general curfew, serving to 01:00 with last orders at 00:30, which is why the late crowd concentrates here. Champagne and gastronomy carry as much of the menu as beer does, and demand is such that reservations open in two waves, on 1 April and again on 25 June.
