Pisgat Ze'ev, Jerusalem, Israel

The largest of the neighbourhoods on the EU's list, with a recorded 2019 population of 44,512, laid out between Beit Hanina, Shu'fat and Hizma. Jerusalem Story's Inner Ring table dates it to 1980 and settlement population tables to 1985; either way it belongs to the northern belt that, together with Ramot, Ramat Shlomo, Neve Ya'akov and the Atarot industrial zone, cuts the Palestinian neighbourhoods of Jerusalem off from Ramallah.
