The Holzmarktstraße arts house on the Spree is where Berlinale Talents sets up, so its festival traffic is participants rather than premieres. Two accessible parking spaces sit on the grounds and the surface between them and the entrance is noted as suitable; the walk from Ostbahnhof is about five minutes and taxis can pull up. A note on the map pin: open map data offered a close but not exact match for this place, so the marker may sit slightly off. If it looks wrong, please flag this entry so it can be checked.
